5. Refund Policy

5.1. Professional Services

Service fees are generally non-refundable due to planning commitments and allocated expertise. However, if we cancel a booking or fail to deliver as agreed, you may request either a pro rata refund or transfer of service to a future date at no extra charge. Requests must be made within 7 days of the originally scheduled date. Approved requests are processed within 7 business days.

5.2. Information Products

If you purchase an information product that remains unused, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. We will verify that no downloads or access occurred. Once approved, the purchase amount will be returned via the original payment channel. Processing typically takes 5 business days. Alternatively, you may exchange the product for another of equal or lesser value.

5.3. Physical Goods

Customers have 14 days from delivery to report defects and request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, you may elect to receive a replacement or a refund to the original payment channel. Returns due to error on our part include a pre-paid return label; otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt.
